It is possible to point finger on the culprit in the neighborhood for a while, but cannot be charged the internal and external enemies, political groups indefinitely forever. They just follow events, try to trigger themselves, build positions inside the dissatisfaction. A wave of protests is set in motion, the real cause of which is misery and famine.
